Dr. Saracco has over twenty-five years experience in human
resource and organizational development and strategic business continuity
planning in manufacturing, health care, and government organizations as
a manager and consultant. His background includes the design and delivery
of corporate education and training programs and facilitation of organizational
change and process improvement as well as the development of comprehensive
business continuity programs. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member
for a state university and a private business school.
Dr. Saracco holds a Bachelors degree in Education, a Masters
degree in Counseling, and a Doctorate in Human Performance at Work. Don's
experience and accomplishments include numerous management and organizational
development projects resulting in performance and productivity improvements
at individual, team, department, and company levels. He has specialized
in working with teams that must perform outside the normal organizational
structure. In addition, he has direct experience in Business Continuity
Program development and maintenance.
Demonstrated Performance and Abilities
Designed and delivered numerous custom designed corporate
education and training programs including a comprehensive management development
program for a Fortune 500 consumer products firm.
Designed and facilitated strategic planning meetings at the corporation
and divisional levels of an international manufacturing company.
Led organizational change processes involving the implementation
of teams and the application of cross-functional process improvement.
Led the implementation of a quality improvement process for a multi-state
network of emergency medical services companies.
Managed the internal training and organizational development function
for one of the world’s largest toy manufacturers.

and implementation to solve performance problems in a number of organizational
settings. Served as coach for managers and supervisors at all levels of
client organizations.

planning and management. The latter may include mitigation, response,
recovery, and/or business resumption strategies. I am especially
interested in the improvement of the performance of individuals
and teams in contingency planning, disaster response and business
recovery. Have peculiar experience in the area of public-private
partnerships for mitigation and recovery planning with emphasis
